Delivery Manager Lead

This is a senior delivery leadership role within a well-established SaaS organisation, where you will take full ownership of customer delivery outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise clients.


Rather than operating within a traditional PMO structure, this role sits at the intersection of delivery, commercial accountability and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation outcomes, maintaining strong executive-level relationships, and safeguarding the commercial integrity of each engagement.


The organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering complex platform implementations and partnering closely with its clients, making this a high-impact, visible position within the business.


The role

You will lead delivery across multiple client engagements, acting as the senior point of accountability from initiation through to go-live and beyond.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning end-to-end delivery across SaaS / PaaS implementations
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers at a senior level
  • Managing commercial performance, including budget, margin and change control
  • Leading governance frameworks, including steering committees and executive reporting
  • Driving delivery predictability across multiple concurrent programs
  • Managing risks, issues and escalations with a solutions-focused approach
  • Leading and influencing cross-functional delivery teams


This is a role for someone who takes ownership of outcomes and is comfortable operating with both delivery and commercial accountability.


What they’re looking for

  • Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS or PaaS implementations to external clients
  • Strong commercial acumen, including ownership of budgets, margin and delivery performance
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent client engagements
  • Proven ability to operate as the primary escalation point for customers
  • Strong stakeholder management, including executive-level engagement
  • Experience leading, mentoring or influencing delivery teams


Exposure to insurance or regulated environments is beneficial, but not essential.
